ACADEMIC COMPUTING AND LEARNING CENTER

The ACLC located in Kirkman Hall consists of several labs including the Tutoring Center, Academic Computing Center, and the Math 113 Lab.  Our goal is to give students the extra space and resources needed to ensure their academic success.

THE TUTORING CENTER, Kirkman Hall 129, offers tutoring in a wide variety of subjects within the College of SEM.   FREE OF CHARGE!

Some of these subjects include:

  • Mathematics
  • Chemistry
  • Statistics
  • Physics
  • Occasionally Engineering and Biology Courses

THE MATH 113 LAB, Kirkman Hall 201, is used heavily by all students enrolled in Math 113.  Homework, quizzes, and tests are all administered here.  We try to have at least 2 student workers available at all times who are well versed in Math 113 to assist with any questions that may arise.

THE ACADEMIC COMPUTING CENTER, Kirkman Hall Suite 117, consists of a large computer lab with over 60 computers and a student run technical support office.   Any student with a valid McNeese ID gains access to a space with plenty of room to complete homework, print assignments, check emails, and work on projects.  The ACC also offers FREE SOFTWARE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!!

All services are FREE to students with a valid McNeese ID!!
