Enter the Homepage of your course
Select a Quiz
In the Quiz Administration Block, select “Edit Quiz”
You will now be able to edit the quiz
On the far right of your screen, you will see an option to add a question
You may add a new question, one from an old question bank, or a random question
Save Changes
