Forgotten Your Banner Self-Service PIN or Having Trouble Logging On?
- Log in to Enter Secure Area of Banner Self-Service Portal
- Enter 9-digit employee ID number
- Click Forgot PIN
- Answer the security questions you set up when logging in to Banner Self-Service for the first time
- If you answer the questions correctly, you will be prompted to reset your PIN
