McNeese online faculty members and students have access to the following for online classes: 

Moodle is a Learning Management System (LMS) used by McNeese for creating and delivering online courses. Moodle is an open-source learning management system and online campus for course delivery.

Office 365 is a line of subscription services offered by Microsoft, as part of the Microsoft Office product line. Includes Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and more  

DegreeWorks is an accessible and user-friendly advisement tool which provides students and advisors with an organized outlook on degree plan evaluations. 

Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor.  Respondus LockDown Browser is a browser that locks down the online test environment to prevent cheating in Moodle. Respondus LockDown Monitor is a companion application for LockDown Browser that uses webcam and video technology to prevent cheating during online exams.

ProctorU provides secure live online proctoring services.

Turnitin provides instructors with the tools to prevent plagiarism, engage students in the writing process, and provide personalized feedback. 

BigBlueButton is an open source web conferencing system that enables sharing of audio, slides, chat, video, and desktop with students.  Built-in polling makes it easy to engage students and to record lectures for later review. 

Skype is software that enables voice and video conversations, one-to-one and group calls, instant messages and file sharing with others.

Mozilla Firefox is a free and open-source web browser developed by Mozilla Foundation and its subsidiary, Mozilla Corporation. 

Google Chrome is a freeware web browser developed by Google LLC. 

Edge is a graphical web browser developed by Microsoft and included in Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile and Xbox One devices, replacing Internet Explorer as the default web browser on all device classes. 

Banner Self Service is used by students to register for classes, view your class schedule, pay fees, view financial aid information, view your grades and transcripts, and update your address, phone number, and e-mail address.
