Creating a shell
The Electronic Learning department may create shell for your course solely for administering exams to students who need extended time. For example, if you are teaching BIOLOGY 101. The department may create a shell titled (BIOLOGY 101-[INSERT PROFESSORS NAME] ODS TESTING”. The title of the shell can be one of your choice, however it would be solely for these students. Once it’s created, transfer your quizzes and exams. Don't forget to modify the times for the student if quizzes and exams are administered via Moodle. This creates less confusion for other students and it allows the privacy of the student(s) in question more privacy.
